Overview

CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for one of our following offices:

Locations include:

  • Albany, New York
  • Chantilly, Virginia
  • Cleveland, Ohio
  • Columbus, Ohio
  • Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Newark, New Jersey
  • Parsippany, New Jersey
  • Richmond, Virginia
  • Syracuse, New York

Responsibilities

  • Obtain new clients and manage existing client base
  • Provide work plan development, execution, and monitoring
  • Actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs for water, wastewater, combined sewer overflow, wet weather and stormwater projects
  • Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and project contracts
  • Provide leadership in project pursuit strategy development and implementation to win select opportunities and targets
  • Manage project communications and documentation
  • Supervise, develop, evaluate and assign work to staff members
  • Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, Master’s preferred
  • P.E. required
  • 10+ years of progressive technical and managerial experience in the Water/Wastewater market required
  • Has excellent technical design knowledge and project management experience in all or a combination of the following areas: water, wastewater, CSO, treatment, collection or distribution projects to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
