Overview

CHA Consulting, Inc., a large A/E firm, is currently seeking an Architect with 5 or more years of experience for the Concord, MA  or Albany, NY area offices.  

 

CHA’s Sports Design division, a nationally recognized sports design group, is seeking motivated individuals to join a highly collaborative, collegial, and dynamic architectural group working on some of the most prestigious college campuses in the country. Substantial professional growth is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Produce quality construction documents
  • Revit/Lumion renderings development
  • Coordination with engineers, assisting in specifications development, assisting in Construction Administration
  • Depending on interest and capability, assist or lead design efforts

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of the preparation of construction documents, building systems, engineering systems coordination
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and strong skills in Revit
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with architectural firms
  • Registered Architect licensure is preferred, LEED accreditation a plus

  • Design capabilities
  • Construction Administration experience
  • Photoshop and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sports design experience
  • Ability to travel
