CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Market Development Specialist to join our Colonie or Syracuse, NY office. We are seeking candidates with 10 years of experience.


The Senior Market Development Specialist is an integral part of the market and client teams responsible for the marketing-related activities associated with their market and assigned client accounts. The Senior Market Development Specialist will lead proposal efforts from kick-off call to proposal submission providing value-added input on strategy and content, ensuring team is meeting scheduled milestones and that CHA’s response meets all RFP requirements. The Senior Market Development Specialist will also work with their teams in developing and executing market strategies, provide valued-added input on marketing content, and collaborate on communications, collateral, conferences, marketing systems, etc.



  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, English, Business or other related field of study required; MA degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in AEC industry preferred
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent skills in time management, organizing, writing, proofreading and editing
  • Understanding of the AEC industry and marketing fundamentals
  • A willingness to learn and work above and beyond
  • A collaborative mindset
  • The ability to think outside the box to find solutions to problems
