Overview

CHA Consulting, Inc., is currently seeking a Finance Project Technician to join one of our CHA locations: Indianapolis, IN or Norwell, MA or Albany, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with project managers in project setup, project maintenance and project reconciliation.
  • Coordinates and analyzes project budgets.
  • Assembles and generates monthly client invoices.
  • Heavily involved with collections.
  • Ensures proper revenue recognition.
  • Maintains proper contractual documentation.
  • Assists managers in meeting reporting requirements.
  • Assists with sub-consultant contract management from the project perspective.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree requiredBachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience in book-keeping and/or invoicing required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Project Accounting System Software, Microsoft Office and Excel are required.
  • Previous work experience in an engineering/construction industry or related field preferred.
