    CHA is currently seeking a Facilities Sub-Market Leader to join the CHA team in one of our Boston area offices. 

     

    The Facilities Sub-Market Leader is responsible for providing recommendations on the strategic direction for his/her respective region to help strongly position CHA in the respective market.   This individual will ultimately be measured by the sub-market’s success determined by profitability and the effectiveness and quality of the services delivered to CHA clients.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities of the Facilities Sub-Market leader include:

    • Identify and develop new client relationships within sub-market.
    • Develop and implement a regional business plan and execute the overall strategic goals for the sub-market.
    • Prepare annual budget for sub-market; monitoring financial performance and providing reports and updates regularly to determine any changes necessary.
    • Meet a utilization goal through overseeing and managing work on billable projects.

    EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
    • Professional technical licensure (i.e. Architecture, Engineering, Landscape Architecture) preferred.

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience required.
    • Technically astute and strategic in thinking to properly position the market for strong financial performance.
    • Strong understanding and knowledge of the facilities market as well as the adaptability for future services offered.
    • Articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
    • High energy, results-oriented, resourceful leader who is capable of establishing himself/herself as a credible strategic member of management within the company.
    • Demonstrated ability to resolve matters that arise within the market.
    • Strong experience with project budgeting.
    • Proven business development results.
