    PDT is currently seeking a licensed Healthcare architect with background in healthcare planning and design and a willingness to lead market expansion opportunities in targeted states. We are searching for an individual who desires professional growth and responsibility in healthcare design while playing a key role in helping to build our healthcare business through project leadership and client management.



    • Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare clients.
    • Collaborates with practice leadership on HC market business strategies and decisions.
    • Brings creative, technical and regulatory knowledge in developing medical planning approaches.
    • Leads client stakeholders and user groups through the healthcare planning and design process.
    • Collaborates with the design team during all phases of project development.


    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
    • Licensed Architect
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare facility design
    • Experience in healthcare marketing and business development
    • LEED accreditation preferred 
    • ACHA certification a plus
