    PDT Architects is seeking a licensed Architect to sit in our Portland, ME; Concord, MA; Albany, NY; or Indianapolis office.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Project programming, design and detailing
    • Preparation of 2D & 3D presentations
    • Produce concept, SD, DD and construction documents
    • Assist with construction administration services
    • Collaborate with project design teams
    • Coordinate with engineers and other consultants
    • Communicate with client representatives

    EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
    • Licensed Architect

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 + years experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizing and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Revit; Autocad and other graphic software a plus
    • Knowledge of commercial building technologies
    • LEED accreditation preferred
