    CHA Consulting is currently seeking a Water Market Leader to support our growing North American Water/Wastewater business.  This position can sit in any of CHA office locations

     

    The Water Market Leader is responsible for the growth of his/her respective market to help position the company for future success.   This individual will ultimately be measured by the market’s success determined by the market’s revenue growth, generated fee volume, and financial performance on the fee generated.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain market business plan – Working with the Group Executive, develop the overall strategic goals for the respective market and create the framework to meet those goals.
    • Seek new client relationships within market – Responsible for the growth and sustainability of the market through on-going business development efforts, working closely with corporate Business Development and staying abreast of trends in the marketplace.
    • Involved in collections and WIP management of client relationships – Help address any collections or WIP management matters for the work being performed in the respective Market.
    • Maintain relationship with client – Responsible for client satisfaction with CHA services and continuing to maintain strong relationship with client to encourage repeat work.
    • Serve as a leader within the group – Mentor submarket leaders to further develop their markets into primary markets and develop staff into future market leaders.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree is required, M.S. is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 13 years of experience is required.
    • Professional technical licensure is required (i.e. Engineering, Landscape Architect, Land Surveyor) or equivalent professional experience.
    • Technically astute and strategic in thinking to properly position the market for strong financial performance.
    • Strong understanding and knowledge of his/her market as well as the adaptability for future services offered within the respective markets.
    • An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
    • A high energy, results-oriented, resourceful leader who is capable of establishing himself/herself as a credible strategic member of management within the company.
    • Strong experience with project budgeting.
    • Proven business development results.
    • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of company’s technical processes.
