    CHA Tech Services (CHATS) is currently seeking a Business Development Client Executive for our Atlanta, GA office to lead our pursuit of Food & Beverage opportunities across the country. This role will report directly to the CHA Tech Services President and will be responsible for managing all as aspects this of business development effort. This position will have direct interaction with prospective and existing clients, corporate staff and our operations team.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifies, qualifies and secures new business opportunities through personal networks, attendance at Industry Forums and industry research.
    • Works closely with Executive Team to assess opportunities and confirm that the type of project fits company’s business model and risk profile.
    • Works in conjunction with Project Managers and proposal coordinators to determine prospective projects, probabilities for securing the project and development of proposal submission.
    • Manages the business development process from opportunity targeting through proposal development, booking and transition to operations team.
    • Assists with creation and execution of yearly strategic business plans.
    • Identifies and participate in trade shows by conducting technical presentations.
    • Assist with development of annual sales plan to support revenue and profit objectives.
    • Responsible for building a pipeline within 12 months.
    • Identifies, develop and close new business opportunities.
    • Assists with proposal preparation and client interviews.
    • Client Executive for new key accounts with responsibility of increasing sales and revenue.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
    • Bachelors in Business, Engineering or Construction Management is required.
    • Business development experience in one or more of the following business sectors is required: Manufacturing & Industry, Industrial Process, Food & Beverage, Energy.
    • Extensive experience in engineering or construction management desirable.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office is required.
    • Organizational, communication (written & verbal) skills are required.
    • Ability to travel minimum 50% of the time is required.
    • Valid driver’s license required.
