    CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer for our Indianapolis, IN office.


    The Electrical Engineer will participate in electrical engineering and design for buildings, manufacturing facilities, water and wastewater plants, airport facilities, correctional facilities, and sporting event venues.  Systems to be designed include power (critical, life safety, emergency), lighting, data communications, fire alarm, security, and integrated process control systems. This position will interface with clients and other engineering disciplines to ensure the electrical design meets client's requirements and complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and other relevant codes and standards.  This position will interface with electricians and contractors during construction to review construction progress and provide solutions to issues from the project site. 


    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution required.
    • 0 years of electrical systems design experience required; this is an entry level position and we are accepting new graduates.
    • Must have experience using MS Office.
    • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong ability to work in a team environment required.
    • Exhibits a willingness to provide assistance to mid and senior level engineers.


    • EIT preferred.
    • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
    • Internship and/or coursework in electrical systems design preferred.
    • Internship with consulting firm preferred, but not required.
