    CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sports Architect in our Concord, MA or Colonie, NY offices.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities include but not limited to;

    • Participating in the full range of project phases from design concepts through the production of construction documents and construction administration.
    • Working closely with the Principal Architect and Project Manager to maintain open and effective communication.
    • Leading and coordinating project teams in varied locations while navigating the requirements of complex project environments.
    • Play a role in all aspects of the design process, and to engage with our clients, our collaborators, and our community.
    • Maintaining quality control while striving to innovate and explore new technologies.
    • Occasional travel to our range of national project sites.

    EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

    • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree preferred. 
    • Architectural Registration, NCARB preferred.
    • LEED accredited professional preferred.

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of professional work experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Revit is required.
    • Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Lumion knowledge a plus.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in all phases of the architectural process including construction administration.
