    CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Market Development Specialist to join our Corporate Support Group in the Boston, MA office.


    • Reviews and assesses RFP criteria and notes deadlines upon receipt of RFP
    • Works with Proposal Manager to define response team
    • Leads Go/No Go Process and ensures proper documentation
    • Schedules and leads proposal kick off call; sets writing assignments and proposal schedule
    • Leads development with account team of Right to Win /Value Proposition Theme for proposal response
    • Prepares framework and writes/drafts key proposal sections for team (scope, costs and project schedule to be provided by technical staff)
    • Provides value added input on strategy, resources, teaming partners, cross selling opportunities
    • Leads team to meet scheduled deadlines through proposal submittal
    • Properly maintains marketing systems in accordance with corporate policy
    • Schedules and leads proposal debrief calls
    • Participates in/coordinates in routine pursuits calls and efforts
    • Understands market strategy and materials and ensures marketing materials support their teams’ efforts to be successful
    • Maintain current market qualifications packages that reflect the markets services, projects and resources
    • Actively participates in interview preparation with team
    • Maintains resumes are current and in the marketing database
    • Updates key project sheets that are current and in the marketing database
    • Works with Communications & Graphics to ensure market collateral is accurate and meets the teams need
    • Ensures market website content is current and up to date
    • Participates in market team meetings providing marketing perspectives on:
      • Potential/upcoming opportunities
      • Win/loss reporting
      • New, strategic hire/capabilities reporting
      • Trade show participation
      • Market research/client and competitor intelligence
    • Collaborates with Marketing:
      • Communications, awards, social media, website (internal and external)
      • Graphics & branding standards
      • Market collateral
      • Database and other marketing system standards
    • Conference/Trade Show coordination and development of collateral materials for event
    • Other related duties, as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in AEC industry a plus
    • Proficiency in InDesign
