The Senior HR Business Partner develops and executes a people strategy with their business unit - one which is connected to company, business and HR team objectives. In partnership with the broader HR & Recruiting team the Senior HRBP identifies needs and uses new and existing resources in creative ways to meet those needs. The Sr. HR Business Partner is instinctive enough to jump on critical business issues & opportunities when come up, fearless enough to get operational items resolved, and savvy enough to work with all levels in a matrixed environment; elevate management and leadership capacity by truly understanding needs and perspectives; build strong, respectful relationships and overcome obstacles with fortitude; influence the right outcomes for the business grounded in data, helping to elevate CHA’s employment brand and distinct culture.
