CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Corporate – Business Development group in Atlanta, GA or Duluth, GA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the full-time Client Advocate for a group of assigned tier clients and has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the clients are elated and that we grow each account to the maximum extent possible.  The objective is to grow the account deeper for the services we currently offer and more broadly within the client's organization so as to expand the services we provide the client.  This position will be responsible for all aspects of their assigned accounts, including establishing well-developed account plans and strategies to achieve short and long-term growth, achieving annual bookings targets, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. 

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related relevant field is required.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive roles
  • Transportation experience is required
  • Experience working & building relationships with Georgia DOT required
  • Experience working & building relationships with cities and counties in Georgia preferred
  • Must be an articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
  • A high energy, passionate, results-oriented, team player and resourceful leader
  • Collaborative and highly skillful at building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout the organization
  • Strong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives/projects to completion with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, build, and manage relationships across the enterprise, and influence decisions from the top down and bottom up
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information or situations with discretion
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to see patterns, be a fast learner/thinker and a good decision maker
  • Ability to work independently, exercise initiative and sound judgement. Work effectively while multi-tasking to meet a variety of deadlines
  • Committed to continuous improvement; ability to anticipate and be forward thinking
