Responsibility connects us, empowers us, binds us to our community, and challenges us to do what is right. Clean water, safe roads, efficient energy, resilient power sources, and buildings that enhance their surroundings – these are significant responsibilities we take to heart.
At CHA, we believe in responsibly improving the world we live in, and we ask our team to aspire to that ideal every day. At the foundation of our responsibility is our commitment to inclusion and diversity and choosing to treat everyone with dignity and equality. We also take accountability for making decisions that promote sustainability in our business and our designs. We are on a mission to reduce our environmental footprint and bring greener solutions to our clients. We believe it is our responsibility and work to do that each and every day.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Sports Team based in either Albany, NY; Rochester, NY; or Boston, MA.
CHA believes our employees should have the time and flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. We offer most employees the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days.
CHA collaborates with institutions across the nation to develop forward-thinking master plans that embrace the latest design standards, newest technologies, and best project approaches. We have conducted comprehensive indoor and outdoor sports campus master plans for colleges and universities, and we have also completed numerous complex building master plans focused on renovating existing buildings.
At CHA, the Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving, adapting, and staying calm under pressure.
