CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Florida Water team.
CHA works closely with and on behalf of our clients to ensure the on-time, on-budget, high-quality completion of design and construction projects. We actively lead a project and support the owner from preliminary planning and design through construction and project close-out with a focus on three core priorities: schedule, cost, and quality.
This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure.
The Project Manager coordinates contracts with the client, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, and all other project related documents. The PM manages the flow of schedules, pay requests, submittal/shop drawings/RFI’s, RFP’s, etc. Additionally, they will coordinate schedule and lead construction related meetings including precon, progress and closeout meetings, coordinate record documentation and permit closeouts, coordinate site inspection personnel visits, complete general site progress visits per contract, and serve as the liaison between project Owner and the GC.
