We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our Construction Inspection team from Doral, FL.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA provides a full complement of construction administration and inspection services to monitor, record and deliver projects. Our team includes seasoned certified construction professionals cross-trained in design, project and risk management, and health and safety compliance. Cross-training makes our team collaborative, cognizant and confidently pragmatic in understanding design and construction issues.

 

The Project Administrator is a senior level position that is responsible for overseeing construction inspection activities. They coordinate large construction projects, maintain project documentation and records, as well as oversee construction inspection field staff. The Project Administrator will work with the project designer as necessary, chair all project related meetings, and review contractor pay quantities for accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction inspection experience is required
  • NICET Level IV certification or PE preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret client’s contracts
  • Excellent knowledge of and reinforces the company’s and client’s standards
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge about the construction industry
  • Must be able to navigate through a construction site
  • Ability to travel (~10%) of the time
