We are currently seeking a Higher Ed & Commercial Sr. Project Manager to join our Buildings – Administration team from Colonie, NY.

At CHA, the Higher Ed & Commercial Sr. Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget and schedule while thoroughly understanding all project risks and applicable financial measures. This senior, key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. The individuals in this role are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure. Additionally, this Sr. Project Manager sells and develops work with specific clients, ultimately leading to a “seller/doer” dual role.
Our Higher Ed & Commercial Sr. Project Manager are leaders in identification of target market areas and marketing plan development. They clearly and successfully communicate updates to the client, management, and project team, as well as prepares for and attends monthly project review meetings with operations.
