CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Corporate BIM Coordinator to join our Power and Manufacturing – Advanced Energy Team at our Fort Washington, PA office.

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of the Building Information Models (BIM). This individual will be responsible for startup, management, and closeout of projects where BIM is a requirement. Experience with the Autodesk Software Suite including but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering or related degree is required. 
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of design experience using BIM is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience working with BIM related software, preferably Autodesk Revit.
  • Strong passion for BIM/VDC
  • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks software platforms, at a minimum.
  • Experience with any other 3D modeling software is helpful, but not required.
  • Experience with multi-discipline model management.
  • Must demonstrate proven ability to organize and produce documents derived from BIM data sets.
  • Experience in a consulting A/E or GC firm is strongly desired, with preference to those with a process mechanical background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and with senior level staff.

SALARY RANGE:

$62,000 - $80,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
