CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Architect II to join our Commercial & Institutional - Architectural & Structural Team at our office in Colonie, NY.

At CHA, the Architect will independently evaluate, selects, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications. The professional in this role is given clear and specific objectives to perform simple and routine architectural-related tasks assigned at the direction of a supervisor using the standards set by the company, group, and/or client.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of related Architecture experience required
  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with the willingness to assist more senior staff
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required

SALARY RANGE:

$65,000 - $78,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
