CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Early Career Project Manager – OPM to join our Commercial & Institutional – PM/CM Team at our office in Boston, MA.

Our Early Career Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Early Career Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure.
The Early Career Project Manager coordinates contracts with the clients and subcontractors, manages purchase orders, and oversees all other project-related documents. The professional in this role is responsible for all project financials and subcontractor payments, clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, and attends monthly project review meetings with operations.
The Early Career Project Manager develops project specific health and safety plan in coordination with health and safety manager and is responsible for verifying that projects meet required QA/QC compliance as determined by Quality Management Plan.

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
