CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a CEI Manager to join our Infrastructure – Construction Inspection Team at our Miami, FL office.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA provides a full complement of construction administration and inspection services to monitor, record and deliver successful projects. Our inspection team includes seasoned certified construction professionals cross-trained in design, risk management, and health and safety compliance to underscore our commitment to stringent standards.  Our team understands that small details can have a big impact.

 

The CEI Manager, an important technical leadership role at CHA, leads an effective and productive team of technical professionals. A CEI Manager’s success is measured by their team's technical quality, achieving team utilization targets, engaging, and motivating their team to go above and beyond, and effective management of project budgets. The professional in this role organizes, directs, and coordinates activities associated with the project scope of work either individually or collectively with their team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
  • NICET Level IV certification or PE preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction inspection experience is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret client’s contracts
  • Excellent knowledge of and reinforces the company’s and client’s standards
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge about the construction industry
  • Must be able to navigate through a construction site

SALARY RANGE:

$100,000 - $125,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
