CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Tampa, FL. This is your opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, manage meaningful projects, and accelerate your growth as a leader in the field.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships
  • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
  • Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
  • Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
  • Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
  • Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
  • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:

$95,000 - $111,500

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
