CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Vice President of FP&A to join our Corporate – Finance Team working remotely.  

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services.  These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

The Vice President of FP&A is a dynamic and strategic role that will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions as we scale our national AEC business. The professional in this role will serve as a key financial partner to the executive team, helping to drive growth, support strategic M&A initiatives, and manage the financial reporting and data demands of our private equity sponsor. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong business acumen, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including senior leadership roles
• Experience in the AEC industry or related project-based services environment a plus
• Experience working with private equity sponsors and managing reporting for sponsor-driven sell-side transactions
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or equivalent budgeting/forecasting platforms
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions
• Strong financial modeling and excel skills with the ability to translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations
• High level of accountability and drive to influence others while building key relationships across the organization

$171,000 - $209,500

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
