CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager –Systems & Business Process Transformation to join our Corporate – Operations Team working remotely.  

 

This position offers fully remote capabilities; however, occasional on-site responsibilities at our Albany, NY office will be required.

YOUR IMPACT

The Sr. Project Manager – Systems & Business Process Transformation will have the opportunity to lead one of the company’s top strategic projects.  This includes managing the entire upgrade project of the company’s enterprise-wide ERP system within a reasonably aggressive timeline. The professional in this role will oversee all aspects of the upgrade project including scope development, business process assessment, planning, execution, budget management, change management, training, and post-implementation stabilization. Working closely with a cross-functional team across the company, the Sr. Project Manager – Systems & Business Process Transformation will align software selection and system functionality with business goals and prioritize process changes accordingly while ensuring all project goals are met.

 

The company is taking the opportunity with this system upgrade project to assess and revamp all of our business and operational processes as well as the supporting systems and tools so it positions the company for further efficiency and growth.  The person who fills this role will have the unique opportunity to work with key stakeholders to learn about all areas of the business and have an influential voice in the company’s direction with our business processes and operations, which will help open the doors for this individual to fill impactful roles in the company following this project.   

 

This key role will ensure compliance with industry standards and internal control protocols throughout the project and support user adoption through a structured change management and training approach following implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 11 years of combined industry and project management experience required
  • At least 7 years of full lifecycle ERP implementation or migration experience strongly preferred
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint implementations or migrations is strongly preferred
  • Broad understanding of data migration processes and tools to ensure accurate and secure data transfer
  • Experience with professional services organizations is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions with various perspectives and make objective and realistic conclusions
  • Proven experience with conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of wide range of business, accounting, and operational processes
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

SALARY RANGE:

$145,000 - $168,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
