CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. On-Site Representative to join our Commercial & Institutional – PMCM Team at our Bethlehem, PA office.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.

 

The Sr. On-Site Representative will be the client’s primary point of contact at the project site and will be responsible for providing overall on-site field administration, supervision, inspection, and technical management for all construction operations. The professional in this role will coordinate and execute the work, along with the Project Manager, in accordance with the plans/specifications to remain consistent with the project schedule. This includes observing and monitoring work quality as well as overseeing all corrective work.

 

The Sr. On-Site Representative provides technical review and oversight of junior staff in the creation and maintenance of project schedules as well as organization of the job site and field office. This individual reviews and maintains copies of all project-related documentation and communications such as payroll reports, RFIs, and contracts. The Sr. On-Site Representative maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers and begins to act as a seller/doer, working to maximize the services provided by CHA through these relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction site management experience required
  • OSHA 10-hour certification and OSHA 30-hour certification required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop positive business relationships
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
  • Advanced knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes  
  • Advanced knowledge of construction industry laws, regulations, policies, and practices  
  • Advanced proficiency in accurate reading and comprehension of construction plans and documents  
  • Advanced proficiency in detailed reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors
  • An articulate and persuasive communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Strong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives/projects to completion with a sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of multi-prime contracts required
  • Electrical design and construction experience preferred

SALARY RANGE:

$120,000 - $130,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
