CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate to join our Operations & Facilities Team in Albany, NY and help ensure our offices run smoothly, our records are secure, and our property is well managed. This is your chance to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to essential projects, and lay the foundation for a rewarding career in facilities and project management.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a key liaison with building landlords for maintenance, repairs, and renovations across all company locations
  • Provide logistical and hands-on support for office projects, including basic carpentry and physical setup tasks
  • Maintain and update archive databases and storage facilities as well as coordinate confidential document destruction
  • Support company vehicle and marine fleet maintenance, including repairs and parts procurement
  • Communicate and collaborate with Facilities, IT, property management teams, and third-party vendors

What You Bring:

  • High school degree required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ related experience (recordkeeping or facilities experience helpful)
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 90 lbs.), climb safety ladders, and perform basic carpentry tasks
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Solution-oriented, client-focused, outgoing, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight as needed

Salary Range:

$26.44 - $29.32

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
