CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Indianapolis, IN; Evansville, IN; Miami, FL; Wilmington, DE; or Tampa, FL. This is your opportunity to collaborate with experts improving water quality, enhancing system performance, and delivering solutions that protect public health.

• Assist in preparing proposals, developing scope, schedules, and budgets alongside technical and market teams
• Address client needs and resolve project issues with professionalism and care
• Support the planning and implementation of water/wastewater projects from inception to completion, tracking deliverables and reporting progress
• Create project timelines and schedules with minimal supervision
• Facilitate communication between office and field staff, ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Support compliance with specifications and project schedule and budget requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, business, finance or related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience required with a proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment
• Motivated self-starter who works well independently and supports management
• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation
• PMP certification preferred

$80,000 - $90,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
