CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an EMR Data Analyst to join our Asset Management Team in Fort Washington, PA. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the field and digital systems—ensuring maintenance data is structured, reliable, and ready to support longterm asset performance. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced EMR professional who enjoys leading field data collection efforts, maintaining highquality asset records, and supporting CMMS and CCMS platforms used by critical client operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead field walkdowns to collect detailed equipment, instrumentation, and asset hierarchy data
  • Review and validate technical documentation to ensure accurate, compliant asset records
  • Maintain Master Asset Listings (MALs) and project spreadsheets supporting CMMS and CCMS platforms
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support timely, accurate population of maintenance systems
  • Identify and support improvements to preventive maintenance, instrumentation, and loop data within CMMS/CCMS
  • Coordinate asset labeling, inventory movement, and stockroom activities as needed
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing, and quality review support for junior team members and client users

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Data Science, or Data Analytics strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to mentor and support junior team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, and reporting) as well as SharePoint and digital file management systems
  • Proficiency with CMMS software such as SAP, BlueMountain, and Maximo required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adhere to client sitespecific requirements
  • Knowledge of metrology data management preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel locally as needed

Salary Range:

$36.05 - $40.86

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
