CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an EMR Technician II to join our Asset Management Team in Carlow, Ireland. In this role, you will support critical asset data collection efforts—conducting field walkdowns, documenting equipment and instrumentation, and updating cloud-based systems that power client maintenance and compliance programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious professional who values accuracy, teamwork, and continuous learning while contributing to high-impact asset management projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform detailed field walkdowns of client assets to capture accurate equipment hierarchy, instrumentation, and asset data
  • Generate and apply equipment and instrumentation labels in alignment with project and client standards
  • Support population and maintenance of Master Asset Listings (MAL) and project-specific spreadsheets within CMMS and CCMS platforms
  • Participate in project team meetings, offering updates and insights to support accurate data entry and project progress
  • Conduct peer quality reviews of asset and maintenance documentation prepared by junior team members
  • Assist with inventory coordination, including movement and organization of equipment within stockroom environments as well as vendor coordination for recommended spare parts and equipment

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based tools
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team members across technical project environments
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as SAP, BlueMountain, or Maximo preferred
  • Knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • Ability to meet client site-specific requirements and travel locally as needed
  • Valid driver’s license required
