CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Manager, FP&A and Strategic Finance to join our Finance Team in a remote capacity, where you will lead cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic finance initiatives that directly influence business performance. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, support capital allocation decisions, and contribute to corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts to support strategic business planning and liquidity management
  • Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization
  • Build and enhance free cash flow and integrated three-statement financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis
  • Evaluate liquidity trends, funding requirements, and working capital performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Support treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and balance optimization
  • Maintain budgeted and forecasted balance sheet models while analyzing key balance sheet accounts and business drivers
  • Support corporate development initiatives through M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and pro forma analysis
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and Board materials that provide meaningful insights into financial performance and business strategy

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or treasury required
  • Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Salary Range:

$130,000 - $150,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
