  • Develop and mentor senior leaders, strengthen succession planning, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and client-focused execution
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, helping guide long-term growth initiatives, capital investments, enterprise transformation, and value creation strategies

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience within engineering, architecture, consulting, CM/PM, EPCM, or related professional services organizations required
  • Proven success leading large, multi-office organizations exceeding $500M+ in revenue through significant growth and transformation
  • Experience driving operational excellence, acquisition integration, and enterprise-wide performance improvement with proven experience managing multiple business units, sectors, or regions

  • Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, Progressive Design-Build, EPCM, and other integrated delivery methods highly desirable
  • Professional registration (PE, RA, PMP, DBIA, CCM, or equivalent) preferred
